Route management
Managing events and routes
Use the Event Library, route cards and account usage controls.
Use one event to group related courses, such as the 25 km and 50 km distances at the same race. A route belongs to one event.
Find and edit an event
The Event Library shows event and route totals, total route distance and ascent, and plan usage. Open an event to see its routes. Larger libraries use Previous and Next pages. Expand a card’s Edit panel to change its event details and save.
Work with a route
Open the route from its event to review its map and manage its settings. Use the event route card’s Route Updates action for recipient lists and update emails. To revise a published course, replace or edit the existing route rather than creating a second route with a new public link.
Delete only when the route is no longer needed
Route deletion is in Danger Zone and requires typing DELETE. Event deletion removes its routes too. Deletion is permanent and breaks the old public links, QR codes and embeds. Route history cannot restore a deleted route.
Download anything you need to retain first. If you only want to hide a route temporarily and your plan supports private routes, change its visibility instead.
