Plans, limits and the Pro preview
Understand feature access, account capacity and what happens after the preview.
Your plan controls event and route capacity, exports and organiser tools. The live pricing page and your Account Management usage panel show the applicable package. Feature availability can change; use the controls and limits shown in your account.

30-day Pro preview
New accounts receive Pro features for 30 days from activation. This does not pause billing on a paid Starter or Pro subscription and never automatically upgrades the subscription. Check Your Pro preview for its end date and the plan that follows.
Choose routes before it ends
- Open Review features and choose active routes.
- Review the continuing plan’s event and route limits and the features that will end.
- Choose the routes to keep available within those limits and save the choices.
If you do not choose, the oldest routes are selected automatically. Unselected routes remain saved but unavailable to runners until access is restored. Private routes stay private. Embeds, team access and other Pro-only tools can stop when the continuing plan does not include them.
When you reach a limit
Review usage before adding an event or route. Upgrade if you need more capacity. Delete only content you intend to remove permanently; deletion is not an archive tool.
