Support tickets

Create a support request, attach useful evidence and follow replies.

Open support

Sign in, open the account menu and choose Help & support. On Your tickets, select Create ticket. Before signup, use the public contact form.

Create a useful request

  1. Choose Product support or Billing enquiry.
  2. Enter a clear subject. For Product support, select a related event and route where useful.
  3. Explain what you tried, what happened, what you expected and any exact error message.
  4. Attach relevant screenshots or the affected route file, following the file types and size limits shown.
  5. Select Send support request.

For device problems, include the file format, device/app model and the steps used to import it. For route processing, include the filename and any Health Check result. Avoid including unrelated customer lists or passwords.

Follow the conversation

Return to Your tickets and open the request. Read replies and use Add a reply for more information. Waiting for us means support needs to respond; Waiting for customer means more information is needed from you. Resolved tickets are read-only; create a new request for further help.

Notifications and attachments

An acknowledgement is sent when the request is created. Public support replies are saved in the ticket and can also trigger email and in-app notifications. Check the ticket even if an email does not arrive. Attachments can expire under the support retention policy while the conversation remains.
